Craft Coffee Blend


Our craft coffee blend is sourced from small farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, and Peru. This blend is small batch roasted in San Diego, California.

The rich soils of each region create a bold and flavorful coffee that's perfect for your cold brew coffee or hot coffee needs.  This blend, coupled with our small batch roasting process creates a palate pleasing, smooth, and low acidity coffee.  If you are looking for bold flavor without bitterness, you've found your beans!

Tasting notes include: Chocolate, citrus, and berries with a creamy mouthfeel, sweet acidity, and a clean finish.

For Hot Brewed Coffee (1 Serving)

Add 10 grams (1/3 oz) medium-course ground beans to brewing vessel

Add 175 ml (6 oz) of hot water to brewing vessel

Steep for 3-4 minutes

Filter and enjoy!

For Cold Brewed Coffee (2 Servings)

Add 30 grams (1 oz) medium-course ground beans to brewing vessel

Add 355 ml (12 oz) of cold water to brewing vessel

Steep for 12-16 hours in refrigerator

Filter and enjoy!
