Our sparkling cascara drinks are called, CascaRAA! We add an 'a' to cascara because we take cascara and transform this byproduct into something (a)mazing. Cascaraa is made for your health and happiness! We offer a lineup of mouthwatering drinks that are antioxidant rich, lightly caffeinated, and benefit from added probiotics.
Cascara, meaning husk or peel in Spanish, is the outer protective fruit of the coffee cherry. Our sustainably sourced cascara originates from Las Lajas, an organic micromill located in Sabanilla de Alajuela in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica.
Our Sparkling Cascara Teas are organic, blended with botanicals, and infused with ginger. We sweeten our drinks with only 8 grams of organic cane sugar and also offer keto friendly versions with less than 1 gram of sugar per serving (12 oz.).
We currently offer six flavors using organically sourced, spearmint and sweet basil, hibiscus, lavender, elderflower, and rose. All of our unique Sparkling Cascara Teas can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink with a meal or as a hydrating pick-me-up after a strenuous work out.

Our cold brew coffee is called Pro-Brew. We cold brew the very best beans and add the benefit of probiotics. Our Pro-Brew blend is roasted in small batches and sourced from small farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, and Peru.
The rich tropical soils of Brazil provide a concentrated and flavorful coffee. The Ethiopia region produces coffee that typically has lower acidity and notes of berries. Peru's rich landscape provides a coffee that is aromatic and robust.
This blend, coupled with our cold brew process creates a palate pleasing, smooth, and low acidity coffee. We are often complemented on how flavorful and bold our cold brew tastes while also having a smooth and clean finish.
